These Would Be Great if Nickelodeon still Aired SNICK on Friday Nights. Me and Clarissa would jam.

11. Try one new recipe a month (1/32)

Snickerdoodles!

1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoise white cake mix
     1/4 cup vegetable oil
     2 eggs
     2 tablespoons sugar
     1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Heat over to 350. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs in large bowl with spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain).
2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

I made these twice. Once because I'd been having a "Veronica Mars" marathon and when she made them for Wallace, I realized I'd never had them. The second time was for a Back to the Future marathon.

I've decided I love them.

And I may or may not have walked to Ralph's completely schwasted to pick up the cake mix the other night. 5 shots of tequila... not my best moment.

  1. Snick at Night was amazing! Those snickerdooleorians look might delicious. I think I've decided I do have a problem with baking...I still have brownies and bread that I baked from last week and now I want to make cookies.

  2. So you blog about one of my favorites movies, and then my all-time favorite cookie? I think I like it here.
